Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor in Kent is presently looking to employ the services of a Senior HVAC Estimator to join their established commercial team. Focusing predominately within the Southeast they undertake either Design & Build or Construction only projects, typically to a value of £1m. With a strong spread of clients they have recently successfully delivered M&E installations within the Healthcare, Hotel / Leisure, Social Housing, Private Residential and Education sectors. This diverse client base as provided them with a stable 2009 and buoyant outlook for 2010. 

Employed as a Senior Mechanical Estimator you will report into the Commercial Director working along side other Senior M&E Estimators in the production of competitive M&E tenders, this will require undertaking the following duties:

- Producing take offs from drawings,
- Carrying out site surveyors,
- Gaining prices from suppliers & sub-contractors,
- Undertaking value engineering,

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate a stable background within the UK M&E Contracting Industry, and will have extensive experience employed as a HVAC Estimator undertaking competitive tendering. An understanding of Electrical Services is also ideally required, with formal qualifications in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering are beneficial.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary up to £50,000 + a full benefits package.
