I'm a guy in my very early 30's who needs somewhere to live! I'm a professional, working person who likes to be social and yet also have quiet times.

I am looking for somewhere to live in Canterbury or the close surrounding areas. I can pay you up to £500 pcm depending on the place, but then we can discuss that. Ideally I would like somewhere with all bills included and a parking space or at least somewhere where parking is possible as I do have a car.

I am handy around the house and am willing to do my fair share of all household chores. I might even hang your washing out if you ask nicely :-) Anyway if you would like someone who is friendly, up for a laugh, considerate and understanding who you can become great friends with to share your place I'm the fellow.
