Wanted Urgently. I am looking for one of the following and hope somebody can help. Either,

A successfull up and running cafe/deli/coffee shop/catering van etc to rent within 60 miles of Rochester. I would consider a further distance for the right opportunity.
Or

I could invest a small amount of money in an existing cafe/deli/coffee shop/catering van and co run it with the owner in return for a profit share.

Perhaps you are only open part time and considering a partner to further your opening hours ?
