Large 3 bed semi Looking to swap with similar in Orp Chelsfield although will consider other areas
I have a large 3 bed semi detached house in Orpington. House has large gardens both back and front. Has seperate dining room. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. House is currently on the waiting list for new kitchen, bathroom, toilet, back and front door. Excellent neighbours on both sides. Reason for move is simple, it does not feel like home to me and I am struggling to keep on top of the extensive gardens on my own. I am ideally looking for a swap to another 3 bed semi or detached. NO TERRACED HOUSES PLEASE. Must have a seperate dining room or a large kitchen/diner. I would like to remain with the Orpington/Chelsfield/Green Street Green areas BUT will consider all other areas BUT NOT LONDON.
