The flat is on a split level in a Victorian conversion 5 minutes walk from the town center and Folkestone Central Train Station and Bus Station. It has 3 large double bedrooms and a good size living room.
The kitchen and carpet are only 1 year old.
I gave also just fitted a new bathroom
It comes unfurnished although there is a leather sofa and one bed which I can leave or remove if needed. There is a oven cooker but no fridge or washing machine. I can purchase these if required.

Its a lovely flat in a great location.

Deposit is one month and rent is one month in advance.
