We have a 2 bed ground floor flat which is the bottom half of a house, central heating a new boiler 1yr old, large back garden, smaller front garden ( and we have permission to concrete over for car parking. we have varnished real wood floors in hall bathroom and one bedroom ( mahogany), a bathroom and toilet in one with, 1 large bedroom with french doors that lead to garden and one smaller bedroom.
We have a new fitted kitchen, new floors and just decorated and 2 large hall cupboards.
We are close to 2 train stations and 1 tram stop 15 mins to central London, we have a good schools, drs and local shops nearby. The tram can take you all the way to wimbledon. 3 mins walk to tram 5 mins walk to stations 5 min walk to shops.
our upstairs neighbour is a professional man who owns his property and is very quiet, our flat is not linked to any blocks etc and is in a quiet road. 15 min drive to Bromley town centre, lotsd of buses nearby also.

We are looking to move nearer to the kent Coast as we want to be near sea and family in Deal. We will consider all areas but are particularly interested in Burchington - on - Sea, Whitstable, Deal , Eynesford or any nearby areas. we would aslo be interested in the Essex area, we don't mind giving up our lovely garden but must have 2 bedrooms. No Timewasters please.
