Hi,
I am trying to find a room to rent near Hadlow college (max 30 minutes), preferably in or near town or village, with a garden, and/or countryside, parks nearby.
I have a small dog and three pet rats, so I need to find people who don't mind that, and its not all that easy.
The dog is very well behaved, used to cats, and other dogs, in fact its better if there are other dogs, and the rats have a large cage and are very friendly.
Max rent is 350 with bills, internet also required.
Will consider all propositions.

Me: I am 23, english, very easy going and friendly, love animals, walking, art, music, and travelling.
