Rates are very low on this office, and there is a service charge of £30 per month. Rent includes alarm monitoring, water rates and window cleaning, but is exclusive of service charge, electricity, and business rates (ca £100pcm).

We have an adjacent office, currently connected by a connecting door. It is possible that we may rent both offices if required.
