A beautiful 3 star country house hotel is currently looking for a strong commis chef to compliment the kitchen. Everything is made fresh and the restaurant is currently going for awards.
The Hotel also caters for a large conference and banqueting departing and has a huge focus on weddings
They use local produce where possible and make everything fresh.
The hours are 40 – 45 a week with a mixture of straight and split shifts. 5/ 7 days.
The position is offering a salary of £13k with accommodation, plus all meals etc.
Previous kitchen experience with fresh food experience is essential.
