We would like to swap our lovely 2 bedroom terrace in Kent for a property with a garden in Central Devon close to Exeter.

My house offers 2 reception rooms, separate kitchen, cellar, outside toilet, large rear garden with shed and rear access, 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite. Recently been refurbished throughout, GCH (only 2 years old) and DG. Our property is walking distance to the train station and easy access to the A2 / M2.

We are looking to relocate to the Oakhampton and surrounding areas in Devon, we would like a character property if possible with a large garden for the dogs. Garage would be ideal but not essential.
