Barrista/Café Supervisor
Average 40hrs/week, 5 days/week as dictated by the demands of the business. Includes rota shifts covering evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays.

£6.25/hr may be negotiable

An excellent development opportunity has arisen to play a key role supporting the Hospitality Manager and Front of House services in developing HQ Hospitality’s new food and beverage operations at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford.

The ideal candidate for the Café Supervisor role will be passionate about good coffee, good food and excellent service standards and will have the desire to work hard and progress their career to a new level. This is a new position created within the Orchard Theatre's front of house Hospitality team and you will have the freedom to help develop the role, the coffee shop's products and help to set service levels and standards, working closely with the Hospitality Manager.

The Café Supervisor will have previous experience working in a branded coffee shop environment, either as a barrista or team leader/supervisor. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience.

The successful candidate would have:
- Experience in a branded coffee shop
- Cash Handling skills
- Be calm and able to work in a pressurized environment
- Customer facing experience
- Presentable, dependable and clear communicator
- To have the right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns incl. weekends and nights
