We have a 3 bed semi detached in a very quiet and trouble free part of Dover, Kent. Close to all amenities and travel links. Exceptional level of schooling options all nearby. The house will need new flooring upstairs and could do with a lick of paint. We have a front and back garden and have lovely neighbours.

We have always been very happy here, but we are having to move due to health reasons. I have problems with my legs and my hubby has back problems, which means that the stairs are a real struggle and this is getting progressively worse. We are therefore, looking for a ground floor flat, bungalow or dorma bungalow, so that I wouldn't have to use stairs at all.

The areas we are looking for are Dover, Folkestone, Deal Canterbury and surrounding areas. We ideally would love a 3 bed flat with sea view, but this is a dream, I know. Decor not important. So if you feel you have a property to offer, please ask - you never know.
