Travel Agent Travel Sales Executive
The role involves managing incoming calls from customers and travel agents. In addition this role involves the co-ordination of the regular e-mails, letters and faxes.
The ideal candidate will have preferably been working previously within the travel industry, have at least one years sales experience, be highly motivated and able to work in a fast moving call centre environment.
Duties:
• Telephone enquiries for availability and bookings from the direct public and Travel Agents.
• General enquiries from existing clients.
• Dealing with personal callers into the office.
• Data input.
• Ensuring you are always up to date with current sales offers.
• Composing e-mails.
• Letter writing.
• Amending existing bookings.
• Invoicing.
If you have worked in a Call Centre or in a Busy Sales environment but have not worked in the Travel Industry you will still be considered for these positions.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday on a rota system from 9am to 1pm
