Hi there, i have a nice sized 2 bedroom flat in Erith, Kent which is close to bexleyheath and dartford/sidcup in the other direction and am looking for a large 2 or 3 bedroom flat or house, a garden would be nice as i have young children but would concider without.My flat as you can see is all newly dec and orbit h/a is dec the whole block as well so its all nice, clean, fresh and ready to move into.It is a tower block but only the 2nd floor the ground floor is the main enterance and the 1st floor is the car park where the is lots of parking for cars/vans (NO PERMITS) it is the second floor but really the first as this is the first floor of flats. There is also a entryphone, and camara via your tv. Im looking for a large 2 bed with garden or 3 bed with/without garden i would like to stay local but would condider other areas only as close as charlton to london tho if you like what you see then please get in touch, my name is Ann thanks. I also have a very strong 3 way swap with a lady in se london with a 2 bedroom house with small front and back garden she is just inbetween walworth road and kennington tube station, she is interested in my place but unfortunatly her place is'nt right for me as i want to stay in kent but would be ideal if you want to downsize to a 2 bed from a 3 and get closer to london for work, family or just a fresh start please feel free to contact me if you need any more info we both want to move before september or christmas
