A dynamic and exciting head chef is required for a lovely country inn in the south east countryside, based in a country village
They are looking for a qualified head chef to take full control in the kitchen and produce good quality English food to a high standard, using all fresh locally sourced produce. You will be required to do stock control, gp, staff training and rotas etc.
The ideal candidate must have received classical training in a high quality restaurant, they must possess Relevant catering qualifications including Health and Hygiene certificates, be able to motivate and lead a team within the kitchen and be able to create your own menus and recipes and to display good presentation skills.
Working 5 out 7 days split shifts.
Salary £26K plus tips, plus accommodation.
