Hays Social Care is entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our office in Ilford. We have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively, expanding our teams in existing and new locations. To support this growth we are looking for a Payroll Co-ordinator/Administrator to join the team.
This is an interim position and will involve a great deal of candidate interaction due to the high level of payroll administration in the position. The successful candidate will be expected to build good candidate relationships and be able to deal efficiently with all payroll issues that may arise. In addition to this, the candidate will be required to deal with all other administration duties.
Successful candidates will be able to complete all the tasks above to a high standard as well as having excellent communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment is essential.
