Sales Focused Plant Hire Depot Manager - Kent

Our client are seeking a heavily sales motivated and experienced Depot Manager to manage their successful plant hire business, ideally with a blend of operational AND sales experience within the Plant Hire or allied sectors

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining service levels, P+L management, day to day managerial duties over a team of hire administration and workshop staff and the expansion of revenues generated from the Kent sales patch. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

To be considered for this position you must have experience in an similar environment and had autonomous, decision making responsiblities in your previous roles. Ideally with some form or formal or vocational qualification in your field.
