A beautiful 4 star country hotel is looking for an assistant restaurant manager to work in this fine dining 2 rosette restaurant. The main duties will be to assist the Restaurant manager in running this extremely busy restaurant. You will be required to work on a shift rota pattern Previous experience of working in a fine dining restaurant is essential, ideally having knowledge of wine etc Salary is around £17k Transport is essential for this position.
