I am looking to rent out my spare rooms. There is a double bed room with a smaller 2nd bed room attached to it. This would be ideal for parent/s in the double room and a child in the smaller room.

The house is close to Gillingham town center and has cable TV, beds, broad band, washing machine and all the neccassary kitchen items. I would alow a pet if properly house trained.

I am rarly here as i work in London so spend a lot of my time there. When i am here i spend most of my time in my room so you would have the house mainly to yourself

The price is negotiable depending on how many people would be in the rooms. I would also consider DSS for the right person.

I would require a deposit and references as i live here too. I would also insist that the house is clean and tidy.
