Chef de Partie progressing to Junior Sous
Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a beautiful Country house located in Kent.

An experienced Chef De Partie who wants to progress up to a Junior Sous level within 6-12 month period, depending on performance.
Candidates suitable for this role would be looking to leave their current position due to no progression opportunities and looking for a new challenge in their career.
Job Description
The role includes dealing with fresh produce sourced locally, who has a real passion in food and can be part of the Hotel gaining a Rosette.
The ideal candidate will be creative and bring innovative ideas to the kitchen.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years experience within a Chef de Partie position.
Salary and Benefits
For the right candidate, my client will pay a salary £16,500 per annum and live in is available at an extremely reasonable cost.
You will have meals including when on shift also.
Laundry is included for your Chef Whites and a dryer for all your clothes.
You will also be given the opportunity to prove yourself as you can potentially progress to Junior Sous within the first year, depending on performance.
