new build (oct 2007) 2 double sized bedrooms. allocated parking for 2/3 cars, Front and back gardens both with access. large flat grass area, shed in garden with patio area, outside tap,waterbutt,security light. modern fitted kitchen/diner, spacious rooms with ample storage. upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and downstairs wc. neutral decoration throughout, modern. built with disabled access in mind eg. wide doorways and stairs for wheelchair space, also already have the electric fitted if a stair lift would be needed. there are no hand rails but these could be easily fitted if needed. doctors, dentist and local shops, including postoffice close by, within walking distance. regular bus service every 10mins taking you to maidstone town centre, surrounding areas and even maidstone hospital. large morrisons is closest supermarket with bus stop directly outside.
looking to swap to a 3 bed house anywhere in the south considered, NOT LONDON though and must be a house no flats etc
