A dynamic fashion footwear retailer is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for a new store based in Bluewater shopping centre.

We are looking for a passionate, hands on individual with exceptional customer service skills to manage the store and drive the new team.

You must be commercially aware and have the ability to identify areas of growth within the business and have an understanding of customer demands and product trends. An ability to maximise customer loyalty and build a core customer client base is essential.
You will enjoy motivating your team to achieve results and will have a positive attitude.

Requirements:
Previous management experience in a retail environment, including responsibility for managing a team is essential.
A passion for the fashion and footwear industry is desirable.
