This is a six month month position (minimum period) for an expereinced lawyers, possibly with background or training as a Barrister.

Working for a Private company in the Tunbridge Wells / Sevenoaks / East Grinstead area. Wil be expected to have at least 5 years qualified experience in litigation and commercial law.

The applicant needs to be able to work alone, instruct counsel, draft court and other injucntive documents without assistance and also have a good understanding of commercial contract law and deal making.

This position is working with a serial entrepreneur who has investments in several business areas including commercial property, aviation and shipping. The succesfull applicant will earn a "city level" salary according to expereince and qualification. Pay can be hourly or salary. The position is for an immediate start.

Could suit part time working of say 3-4 days per week OR full time. flexible hours also possible.
