Childrensalon are looking for a Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

We currently have an opportunity for a customer service advisor with our creative team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the busy, fun and dynamic environment of children’s fashion and a leading on-line business. Listed below are some of the skills we are looking for, together with a willingness to learn and a hard working, flexible attitude:-

First point of contact for all online customers
Provide assistance with orders and returns via email and phone
Assist customers in ordering online
Liaise with relevant departments on any product or stock queries
Clearing online status by the end of each day
Cross sell where relevant
Communicate promptly, politely and professionally at all times
Keen interest in fashion and childrenswear

Responsible for:
Representing the Childrensalon
Communicating promptly, politely and professionally to customers

Reporting into:
Selling/Customer Service Manager
