My client, a leading organisation based in Luton, is currently looking for a Web Sales and Merchandising Executive to join their busy and ever expanding team. You will be responsible for the company's online promotions ensuring that all information presented is correct and targets are consistently met. You will be required to conduct daily reviews of sales performance and recommend strategies and merchandising opportunities to hit targets and maximise margin. Alongside this, you will be required to produce weekly competitor analysis reports on promotions across key competitor sites.You should have previous experience of implementing website promotions and special offers, as well as driving website conversion. Online marketing experience in SEO, PPC or affiliate marketing would be a bonus but not essential.

To be considered for this role, you must:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Have a strong customer-focused attitude
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and manage your own workload
Have a provable track record in Sales and/or Merchandising
