A professional Estate Agents in the Hackney area are seeking a Sales /Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team. The company offer an excellent reputation for delivering a friendly, quality professional service.

As a Sales/Lettings Negotiator you will:

* Provide clients with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.
* Meet and greet visitors into the office.
* Interview applicants, identifying need and spotting business opportunities.
* Keep qualified applicants informed of suitable properties
* Arrange viewing appointments
* Negotiate with potential purchasers
* Co-ordinate your transactions with buyers and sellers.
Each day you will have varied diary appointments including canvassing and prospecting activities, all this in addition to incoming calls and visitors to the office.

Sales/Lettings Negotiator – Hackney
Salary £12,000 - £14,500 basic – uncapped commission

10% commission plus bonus of £300 per month if targets are met
