Customer Relations Manager

It is the responsibility of the Customer Relations Manager to strengthen this multi-million pound store's position as the best home furnishings store in the local market by ensuring a positive customer experience through the delivery of efficient and effective services. These services include the Ballroom (Children's play area), reception, shopping tools and aids, returns and exchanges, furniture pick-up, Family Friendly services, Checkouts and Customer Relations.

The customer journey is integral to the success of this business and the need for the Customer Relations manager to champion this area will be key for their success. As the customer relations manager for the whole store you will sit with the senior management of this store and report directly in to the operational assistant manager. So, a key eye for operations will also be a benefit.
