The main town centre is within walking distance and there is another shopping parade around the corner. There is also local convenience stores all at the bottom of the road. There are plenty of schools, colleges, and even a university within a stones throw.
Before I give a desciption of the house I need to say that all the roomsare approx 16ft by 14 ft and the bathromm is approx 9ft by 6ft. The house itself is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac style estate. There is a large double drive and storage cupboard at the front of the property. The house benifits from a downstairs WC. There is a large kitchen/diner at the front of the house and the lounge is at the back leading onto a secure easily maintaned back garden.
Upstairs there is 2 large double bedrooms which are the same size. The family bathroom is a nice size and airy.

I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom property in the Thanet area. I am desperate to move back home as my mum passed away in june and my dad moved back to Thanet so I am up here on my own with a child who has learning difficulties and behavior problems. I will take a property in any condition due to the reason I have mentioned.
