We are are looking to recruit a 3RD CHEF/COMMIS CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE to join our small friendly kitchen team.

My kitchen currently has 3 highly skilled chefs, I want to employ one other full time person who is experianced .

You must be enthusiastic, commited and reliable whilst being flexible, you will believe strongly in team work and also be able to work alone if needed, showing initiative, imagination and a very high standard of food service, preparation, along with excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

You we will be able to show case your own ideas and flair for cooking.

This is a live in opportunity, and a contract will be drawn up to protect both employer and employee.

You will have your own 1 bedroom flat.

In return for we will offer a competative rate of pay or salary depending on experiance.


We are a supporters of fresh food from local suppliers, and we are not a BRANDED concept.

Split shifts over a 7 day week.

The successfull aplicant will be able develop their career within the company through in house and company promotions whilst being able to take part in company training courses.
