Our client a well established and professional estate agency are looking for either an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager to help oversee the running of this busy branch.

Main Duties:

Booking & carrying out valuations
Gaining new instructions & negotiating terms with vendors
Sales progressing
Motivating & overseeing the sales team
Generating leads for all services on offer
Ensuring all sales targets are exceeded.

Basic 15-18k With an OTE of 25-30k
