To take full responsibility of all aspects of running the kitchen focusing on; Working to Budgets Training Recruiting Motivating the team Complying with company food standards and Health and Safety
Previous Kitchen Management experience is an advantage ideally in a Branded high volume Restaurant environment.
You will be a strong communicator and team leader who is standards driven and financially aware.
