The Regional Manager position remit is to lead and manage a range of services across a large geographical area. Their will be an emphasis on ensuring a quality service is delivered to customers in line with the organisations objectives and culture.

This position will require the successful candidate to manage a collection of service managers , so you must be able to demonstrate strong management skills at senior level, in addition to this, previous knowledge of change management will also ensure your application is warmly welcomed.

Their will be an emphasis on the successful candidate taking the lead on the organisations external relationships with other agencies and funders, as well as the ability to manage tenders and identify new business.
