A small boutique hotel in Kent are looking for a Rosetted Pastry Chef. The Pastry Chef de Partie will be working alongside the very talented Head Pastry Chef cooking for the 50 seater fine Dinning restaurant. Offering a salary of 18,000 plus live in accommodation can be provided.

Job Description
This small funky boutique Hotel has recently opened and the Pastry Chef will help to keep the success of the hotel going. The Pastry Chef will be involved in helping the Head Pastry Chef to create and develop menus.

Required Experience
The Pastry Chef must have 3/4 star hotel experience and will also have worked in a minimum of a 1 Rosette environment.

Salary and Benefits
Offering a salary of 18,000 plus live in accommodation. This new hotel is the first of many hotels as this is an up and coming boutique hotel chain so the Pastry Chef will have opportunity for progression and development.
