Neer town center and asda not to far from uni of kent ideal for a student.
There is parking but it is limited

The room is £83 per week the rent is paid quaterly to the agency, the rent does not include bills but bills are shared between 6 people so it wont be to bad. You will need to pay a diposit of £150 and admin fee of £130.

The room is availble now if needed but will have to be taken before end of sept.
