Firstly i had to put house as bungalow isn't listed here..I have a lovely one bed semi detached bungalow with RTB in cray-ford in Kent, its 20 Min's to London stations.very quiet and safe..
you can walk along the cray river it takes you to many other areas

i want to move to London, NOT south NOT east LONDON,would like any of the area's BELOW or VERY near them..
this is a LOVELY home and wont just settle for anything,for the sake of moving,

Hve had 72 emails from areas no where near where i want to be, have addded enough places,that i NEED to be in or near
I WOULD LOVE A TOP FLOOR VICTORIAN CONV TYPE PROPERTY,NOT GROUND FLOOR
Prefer Victorian conversion something like that,
not worried about decoration,safe area more important,no rough area's or bad history
this is really a beautiful home, where all you hear is the birds singing and if i cannot sleep i sit in the garden with coffee at4 or 5am..with no worries...
was decorated in Jan this yr,a new security back door was put in this week,also secure door on the front,had anti bumping in the doors too,my insurance went down by £55 a year when i moved here, and i lived in a nice area before here,
shower room, large new DG windows GCH, has 24 bungalows within the close,ages range from 37 to 65, respectable,nice people,/neighbours,

stunning flowers and huge plants,fruit tree's, shrubs in the garden in the side and back...has a large brick built shed, any animals are very welcome here...if you work in London, you will adore your weekends at home here.relaxing in this beautiful close, parking...much more .get in touch to find out..

all the shops you need 10 min walk to town and station,buses 5 Min's walk,
its within a private close, so no one comes here that doesn't live here,
is perfect for animals as garden has high fences, with tall tree's and shrubs ..a paradise for animals,my cat adored the garden,sadly he passed on few weeks ago,also has lights on the side of the bungalows, and excellent lighting around the walkway,

I would love to be moved ASAP, as i have more surgery planned my 31 st operation in the chelsea & westminster hospital, and it would be so lovely to have my friends and family to help me after the op, as i have had the social services for the past 4 ops, (they are wonderful ladies) but not the same as family,
