Zumba is THE most fun workout on the planet. Latin rhythms with funky music. Hip wiggling, bum shaking and plenty of sweating!
Zumba includes rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Quebradita, Calypso, Reggaeton, Bellydance and many more!

Beginners are always welcome & no dancing experience needed.
Please wear normal exercise clothing and TRAINERS as you will be working out. Please bring a drink with you.

Wednesdays, 6.00-6.45pm, Lordswood Leisure Centre
Wednesdays, 7.30-8.30pm, Ridge Meadow Primary School, Churchill Avenue, Chatham

Classes at Lordswood Leisure Centre are at the centre's price (approx £5.50)
Classes at Ridge Meadow and Bredhurst Village Hall at £4 and are run by Jenni independantly.
