The property is within 15/20 minutes walk of the station and on a regular bus service to West Malling Station, with direct service to London. West Malling Station is a 10 minute drive from the house.

Rooms are between £89/114 per week - £385/495 per month, paid monthly in advance.

One months deposit & one months rent are required to move in. This must be paid on the day off moving in either in cash, by bankers draft or BACS credit.

Your Deposit is protected under the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme which is mandatory in the UK.

The Tenancies are for a period of six months; however for a one of payment we will write a sub clause in the agreement/contract reducing the contract to three months. The One off charge is £30.00.

We require two references, one of them must be from your current employer and the other reference must be from your Bank (for which your bank may charge you an administration fee).

Alternatively we can do a credit check & the fee to you for this is £19.95.
