We are a 5* deluxe hotel, located on the outskirts of Bedfordshire. Our professional kitchen are in need for a fresh new Chef de Partie, who is looking to develop his culinary skills and career prospects in a 2/3AA Rosette Restaurant.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have completed his NVQ Levels 1 or 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking, also have had a similar role in a 4/5* Hotel/AA Restaurant, but most importantly we need someone who is willing to learn and ready to take on a new challenge.

We currently have a brigade of 14/16 in our spacious kitchen and will be looking to increase our brigade to 20+. Our brigade perform on average around 100 covers per service and our award winning restaurant has a very high demand.
