Upto £45-55k plus 50% OTE bonus, car, BUPA, pension

They are a reputable house hold brand that is considered a business partner for many of its clients in out-sourced managed services and hire contracts. They are business partner for many of its clients supplying the building industry, facilities management companies, refurbishment businesses and can count many leading national companies as their clients.
In a demanding market they are looking for some fresh talent to bring into their growing business and have a need to recruit a Field Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager in the South East.
You will Lead, coach, motivate and develop your field sales team to meet sales, profit and new business targets.
You will be a driven individual with a positive outlook. You will be focused on delivering sales growth and be able to demonstrate a successful track record.
You will have a strong, professional sales career with evidence of leading sales teams to achieve success.
You must be able to demonstrate stable, career progression and looking to move forward and not backwards in your career.
