Free Lunchtime Staff Training Workshop
HOW TO MAKE SUCCESSFUL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
As a Personal Development Coach, I’m keen to encourage people in all professions to enhance their skills, get the best out of themselves and increase their possibilities for success.
I would like to offer you and your staff a chance to take part in a FREE informal workshop based upon rapport building to better communicate with others. This will increase team building, effectiveness at work and create a better working environment.
The 30minute session covers:
What is rapport?
Why is it important?
How do we create it?
How do we know when we’ve got it?
This is an informal style of presentation that can be done in any staff room/small meeting room. It only takes about thirty minutes during lunchtime so there’s even no need to stop productivity. There will be some interaction by the staff members although no power point presentation or projectors are required.
So what’s in it for me? Why is it free? I can imagine you’re asking yourself these questions if you’ve got this far down the page. Well, in a recession you gotta think outside the box a little and everyone loves a freebie. It’s good PR for me, we’re local to one another so I don’t incur much travelling costs and I figure nothing ventured, nothing gained. “Taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase” as somebody famous once said.
