A positive, enthusiastic, accountable individual who can control, market, implement, review and achieve agreed objectives.
Full understanding of the impact of your actions on profitability of the department are paramount.
You need to be highly motivated and have a track record of success, your role will include building and improving on a high level of team motivation.
Exceptional levels of customer care and understanding of the market place will ensure that the Service department achieves it budget.
