Area Development Manager- Crawley, Redhill, Burgess Hill

One of the UK's leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractors, is currently looking to recruit for an experienced Area Development Manager for their Crawley office.

The role involves identifying new opportunities for my client services in mechanical and electrical contracting, such as installation and maintenance projects and requires an experienced and proven sales professional from a technical background either in products or service solutions.

The successful applicant will be employed as an Area Development Manager, responsible for increasing the brand awareness of my clients names, identifying new opportunities for my client to offer their mechanical and electrical services too within the following industries: housing associations, local authorities, the NHS, retail stores etc

The salary is £28k-£34k basic + car/car allowance + pension + holiday + shares + £12k-£18k commission + healthcare

To apply applicants must have:
- Proven sales record
- Have a technical aptitude and ideally have worked in sales for a mechanical and electrical contractor or sold a technical product
- Been based within a 15 mile radius of Crawley office
