Hi there, I am 28, male, wanting to do a bit more with myself and ould like to help out others. I would like to do some voluntary work (can spare c 8 hours a week-semi flexible), not sure what, but I am keen to helpout. I have tried various searches to no avail.

I have previously coached and managed a kids football team and also done after school coaching sessions. I was CRB checked in 2005 but I have lost the disclosure form! I do not have to do something sporting or with kids, I have looked at other services involving the environment as well.

So if you are an organisation that requires volunteers please email me some details and we'll see where it leads!
