I have a one double bedroom ground floor flat in Hoxton N1 . I have a huge corner garden. Alot of the houes here are privately owened and have been here for years. There is a well looked after garden/park on the doorstep. The rent here is about £80 a week and has TRTB. We have central heating and double glazing. I have knocked the kitchen and living room wall through and just left the wall up to waist height which is where the cooker is. It is nice to be able to talk while you are cooking and also can see out into the garden. When we moved in 3 years ago we put a new kicthen in and are half way through putting a new bathroom in. We plastered the kitchen and had the electrics done. All the walls are striped and painted. What i can't offer you in period features i can offer you in location.
We are about 5/10 mins away from Angel Islington and Kings Cross. The bus stop is on our street. We are 5 mins away from Old street, We have great transport links everywhere. Hoxton sq is just up the road where there are trendy bars and places to eat. And the famous columbia flower market is 10 mins walk where all the art galleries are and flowers are sold evey sunday. And if that is your sort of place then Spitalfields is a really tredy place which is open everyday.
All the shops, doctors, swimming pool ect are in Hoxton street market 2 mins walk.
