The reason the cost is so low is because i only own half of the property and i rent the other half from a company called "Shared Horizons" which are a company in Sittingbourne that help first time buyers onto the property ladder.

You can buy the rented half out if you wanted too.

There isnt any stamp duty when purchasing the property, when you own over 80% of the property thats when there will be stamp duty.

Running costs are fairly cheap, i can give a break down to anyone that is interested.

Reason for selling - I am now in a position where i can purchase a house.
