Our client a larges estate agency are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Ramsgate,
initially this is to cover maternity leave, but could go permanent for the right candidates.
Duties:Meeting & greeting landlords & tenantsBooking & attending viewingsDealing with main issuesWorking towards agreed sales targetsDealing with enquiriesYou must have lettings experience and have a full driving license and your own vehicle.Salary 14-16k basic plus commission with an OTE of 20-25k
