hello there .. i have a 2 converted into a 3 bedroom house situated in Cudham Drive in New Addington.
im in no rush to move but looking and if the right property comes up then that would be fantastic .
i have lived here for over 7 years and love my house its just i need to move to a bigger property , somewhere with 2 large bedrooms or 3 proper sized rooms. ( as my house is converted it has 2 singles and 1 double )
my house has its own driveway , a small back garden - backing onto woods , lovely kitchen with lots of storage , large front room , 3 bedrooms , seperete toilet and bathroom and is local to bus stops / shops and tramlink ..
as my son is going to charles darwin in biggin hill we would like to keep up the top end of addington or move to Biggin hill itself .
