Hi i am advertising for my mum who has a 3 bed maisonette on the 1st floor. It is on a estate opposite beckenham cricket field, on worsley bridge road. 10 mins walk away from the golfcouse/park, and beckenham town. Primary school at the end of the road. Neighbours nice both sides. The property has 2 large double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, and a good sized single bedroom. Family bathroom and attic access for storage if needed. Large newly fitted kitchen alot of storage space, and a good sized lounge, both can fit table and chairs, also a downstairs w.c. There is a communal garden, and communal balcony which is closed down my mums end where she keeps flowers, and a few chairs, and your own bike shed. Pets are allowed. Excellent train links to central london, and bus service outside.
REQ ~ Looking to downsize to a 2 bed maisonette or house, must be groundfloor, and would like a garden, even if it is a small one. Need follwing areas, orpington, pettswood, bromley, beckenham, local areas, etc. Thanks for reading.
