Sous Chef
Our client is a magnificent rosette accredited property looking to recruit a passionate Sous Chef to join their thriving team. This stunning Country House Hotel is set in acres of wonderful gardens and woodlands. This is a splendid opportunity to work in a high class, quality working environment.
You will be responsible for running and leading the brigade. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. All candidates should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team as you'll play your part in creating inspirational menus, and ensure a smooth efficient kitchen operation by training and supervising a closely knit team.
You will have previous experience of working in a two rosettes accredited property and a proven track record.
