An excellent development opportunity has arisen to play a key role supporting the Front of House services in HQ Hospitality’s new Circle Restaurant operations at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford.

The successful candidates will demonstrate an enthusiasm for providing excellent service to all the theatre guests. You will be required to ensure all guest's expectations are met during their experience and you will provide amazing hospitality. Efficiency and communication are key skills for this role as is the ability to be a team player with the Front of House Manager, Hospitality Manager, chefs and other team members to ensure all service standards are constantly met and exceeded.

We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the theatre and the hospitality we offer. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, patience, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Experience of working in a restaurant, banqueting or silver service would be beneficial. Training can be provided. These roles will be available to start from October 26th for pre-show dining shifts only (5pm to 8.30pm most days) until December when lunch services will start as well. Shifts can also be taken behind the bars during performances if interested.
